CMOS Hall-IC AN48820A/48830B
This Hall sensor IC incorporates CMOS technology forhigh sensitivity and
low power consumption.
Hall element, offset cancel circuit, amplifier circuit, sample & hold circuit,
Schmitt circuit and output FETs are integrated onto
1 silicon CMOS chip and packaged into SMD small package.
Push-pull output is introduced in order to minimize external components.
•High sensitivity is realized by offset cancel circuit and
sample & hold circuit. (±6mT max. )
•Low p o wer consum ption is realized by intermittent operation.
( 3.5µA typ. )
•Small package (SMD).
•Both north and south magnetic poles can be detected
Flip type cellular phones, Digital video cameras, etc.
