Ausgehend von der ver-

wendeten SPS wird die zu-

gehörige Cross-Liste zu

Grunde gelegt. Nach Aus-

wahl der I/O Anschluss-

karte werden die erforderli-

chen Systemverkabelungs-

Komponenten eindeutig

spezifiziert. Die Anschalt-

module sind in die Über-

gabe von 8 und 32 Kanälen

mit jeweils passiven und

aktiven Modulen gruppiert

und werden passgenau auf

die Applikation ausgewählt.

Ein großer Teil der Kosten

Meldegeräte. Hinzu kommt,

dass Maschinen und Anlagen

immer komplexer werden

und damit der Verkabelungs-

aufwand für die Ein- und Aus-

gabestationen weiter steigt.

Zum Materialaufwand an Ka-

bel und Leitungen kommt

der Aufwand für die Planung,

die Montage und Dokumen-

tation noch hinzu.

ten durch schnelle, fehler-

freie und einheitliche I/O

Verdrahtung von der Steue-

rungs- zur Feldebene.

With this Project Cross-

Reference List the advan-

tages of the system concept

are available and of benefit to

the Project Engineer.

The reference table is

based on the PLC used and

provides the reference of

available modules. After se-

lection of the PLC I/O card,

the required System Cabling

components are clearly spe-

cified. The termination mo-

dules are grouped in either

8 and 32 channels into pas-

sive and active modules and

are selected according to

the application.

A large part of the costs

of an automation system re-

sult from the cabling of the

actuators and sensors. In

addition to this, machines

and systems are becoming

more complex and the

cabling effort of the input

and output elements conti-

nue to increase.

Together with the mate-

rial requirement in cable

and connections, comes the

effort for the planning, as-

sembly and documentation.

The System Cabling re-

duces the manufacturing

costs due to its quick, er-

ror-free and uniform I/O

cabling from the control to

the field level.
